Beetroot Reaper Hot Ketchup

Smoked beetroot and ginger from Pimlico Organic Produce, fermented and blended with Carolina Reaper chilli.
 With a deep earthy flavour that quickly brightens up, introducing the ginger before building into a pleasant chilli burn that keeps the flavour going.

While this has the second hottest chilli in the world in it, the ratio has been blended into a pleasant experience for those that enjoy a bit of spice. It's not going to rip your face off unless you drink the bottle!

This sauce goes well with most meats, eggs and can be thinned down with some apple cider or wine vinegar to make a nice salad dressing or marinade for wings and ribs. The consistency is thick like a ketchup and spreads well for use on pizza or sandwiches.
