Pecan Coffee Seasoning

A flavourful low waste product with many applications. Fantastic as a spice rub applied to protein of your choice and goes great on pork, beef, mushrooms, zucchini. This seasoning has been created from the ground coffee and pecan left over from making our Pecan Coffee Cold drip.

This rub is made from some truly great local produce. What started as a by-product of making pecan oil from local organic pecan farm Russell's Organic Pecans combined with local naturally grown and roasted coffee, we created a smooth and very easy to drink cold drip coffee to serve at markets. While keeping with the low waste vibe, there could be no waste of the left over coffee and pecan and went about putting it together with some home grown smoked Habanero and Australian sea salt to create an excellent multi purpose seasoning and spice rub.
